Returns

Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
Custom Orders We love creating unique pieces just for you! Because custom orders are made to your specific requests, they are non-returnable.
Damages & Issues We take great care in packaging your orders, but if your item arrives damaged, please let us know right away. You can reach out via our Contact Form or send a DM on Instagram. If an item is found to be damaged, we will issue a full refund.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
