1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Our handmade products are intended for personal use and should not be resold without our written permission.

2. Accuracy of Handmade Products

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, because our items are handmade with 100% recycled cotton cords, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. These are not flaws but a testament to the unique, handcrafted nature of your piece.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment gateways.

4. Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically for you based on the details we discuss via our contact form or Instagram.

Production for custom orders begins only after payment is confirmed.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery is fulfilled via BOX NOW for Cyprus and Greece. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect locker/contact information provided by the customer.

6. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; or (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights (including our designs and photography).
